It sits on one of the most beautiful lots in Ellsworth since it’s location is across from Ellsworth City Park and the 300′ deep lot butting up to a field gives you quietness and privacy yet good access to I-35. This lot could actually be split into two and the north lot sold. Prior owner damaged interior, but if you have the ability to renovate this all wood floor house, it could either become a nice rental property or perhaps even your home!
