The main floor features a front entry foyer, a living room, diningย room with wood burning fireplace, kitchen, one bedroom and a full bath. The second-floor features 4 bedrooms, a full bath and a second kitchen. When used as an apartment it was 2 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen and a full bath. Both levels have a nice rear deck This home could easily be changed back to a duplex again. This home has natural woodwork and a picket fenced back yard. Needs a little work and currently has no working furnace. The electric is not on so please bring a flashlight for the basement.
