In the 1920s and 1930s, this was the home of Frank N. Brown (1876-1959), a conductor for the railroad, and his wife Janeva Thompson Brown (1885-1979). The home was valued at $3,500 on the 1930 US Census. Realtor states build date as 1940, but since a 1929 newspaper article has the Browns living at this address that year, I would put the build date more like 1920.
