c.1920 Fixer Upper in Cooperstown ND Under $20K ~ Sold

405 11th St SE, Cooperstown, ND, 58425        $19,999 Sold

OHU50K NOTES

Located on a corner lot, this fixer upper deserves help. The exterior certainly has curb appeal. I love all the elements that make the exterior such an appealing home. The interior is another story. Dropped ceilings and crummy paneling have stripped the home of its original character, as is often (sadly) the case with these cheap old homes.

Cooperstown

Cooperstown (pop. 984) was named for R. C. Cooper, a successful farmer who built the first wood frame house in the area in 1880. Prior to Cooper’s house, most settlers back then lived in sod houses, covered wagons, tents, or log cabins.

REALTOR COMMENTS

Fixer upper with nearly 2,000 square feet, this could be brought back to it’s 1920’s beauty. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it sits on a corner lot.
