On the left, the Living room with entryways to the bedroom, attic and galley kitchen. The spacious bath with ample storage, basement and serene back patio are accessed from the galley kitchen.
Both the main floor and attic have been gutted and redone during sellers ownership. Newer water lines from street and wiring from main into and through the house. Gas lines have all been replaced. Seller installed new drywall, trim, doors, insulation, steps, vinyl flooring, light fixtures, handrails, attic floor, tub surround and garage door. HW tank is 3 yrs. new.
Owner leveled-off the side yard and front yards, making a sizable area for outside activities, gardening, etc. The owner did a great deal of work to the home and property but there are still a few projects that he is unable to complete and is selling the home as is.

Would like to know how big of an issue is the little wet area in the basement photo, also Gas into the house, new water line how about sewer ? Taxes seem low for PA should the new owner expect a bump up year after purchase ?
