This handyman special has good bones and sits on a hill with attractive older homes and lovely views of the mountains. The home has been well-maintained, but I’d call it a handyman special because the wheelchair ramp, dropped ceilings and crummy paneling have got to go. Some lovely original elements are still intact, but they lose their luster when surrounded by never-ending paneling.
This well-maintained affordable 2-story home is ready for you. Built with charm and character in a different era with large rooms, high ceilings and lots of natural light. Includes double thermal windows in the front, main floor bedroom & half bath and dine-in kitchen. Laundry/mud room off kitchen so don’t have to go down the basement stairs to wash clothes. Lots of storage in unfinished walk-out basement. Yard goes to the alley at the back.
