Well, this is a first – a Spanish style home in High Point, North Carolina. Spending time half the year in Southern California where these style homes are popular and pricey, it is an anomaly to see one in the Southeast, and so cheap, too. Located in a pleasant neighborhood, this c.1924 fixer upper has really caught my fancy. Too bad I can’t transplant it to my CA town. It would be worth a minimum of $850,000, despite needing some TLC.
