For Sale By Owner: A historic 2 family home was partitioned to accommodate more bedrooms on both floors and the attic, two owners ago. Keep it as is or bring it back to it’s original layout. Kitchens and baths are original, as are the wood hutches and in-wall ironing boards.
Both units need cosmetic and updates, doors and a few windows need to be replaced. Furnace and ductwork intact in the upper unit. Both units need water boilers as they have been removed from the basement. Lower unit needs a new furnace, old one removed. All appliances removed or not in working conditions. Cleanout was completed. Plumbing and electrical were in working condition when the property was occupied in 2019.
