Family History
This originally was the store of James Madison Sisson (1831-1900) when the town’s name was Sisson’s Village. James worked the store with his wife, Eliza Jane Coon Sisson (1834-1884) and their children Stanley, Ballard and John. Then Mr. Angle purchased it in 1910, and his grandson, Clyne Selvan Angle ran it for 60 years. I assume Grandfather Angle built the house.
