c.1920 Alabama Fixer Upper $59,900
$59,900
This Alabama fixer upper is, at the least, a 1920 build as it is listed on the 1920 US Census. The three bedroom, two bath home sits on a pleasant street of older homes, and it looks so lovely in the 2013 Google Map street view. Today the home is a project, but it still retains its beautiful central hall, wainscoting, hardwood floors, fireplaces, clawfoot tub and wrap-around front porch.
