c.1933 Fixer Upper Mill Worker’s House in Newnan, Georgia Under $40K ~ Sold

Traveling the Google Map street view map, I noticed at least two streets with all the exact same houses in various states of repair. When I clicked over to map view, I saw that several of the numbered streets had “Arnco” in front of it. This could only mean one thing. These were the homes of mill workers. Further research revealed that Arnco Cotton Mills opened in 1927, and 75 homes were built for the laborers and five for the superintendents.
