This cute c. 1935 move-in ready bungalow is located on a hilly, short dead-end street of a handful of well-kept homes. Considering the good condition of the home, the price is great for Cincinnati. The city has plenty of excellent employers in the metropolitan area, wonderful parks, cultural events, sporting events, and architectural gems. I am not a city girl, but I like Cincinnati.

One issue with this cutie is the lack of a shower. That is easily remedied, however, by installing a clawfoot tub shower extension like the one below. Having two of these in my own home, I am not exactly a fan. I much rather have a walk-in shower, but the extensions do the job.
