I lived in the Alton-Godfrey area for almost 40 years, and I love to see these familiar homes. Harry Hemphill was very well known in Alton. The Henry Street area (stroll down Google Maps) is absolutely gorgeous, and filled with brick streets and well-maintained homes. This seems an amazing price for this home in this neighborhood!
