Has anyone ever just taken the leap and paid for a property just by pictures? I can’t afford to travel and look but I want to own land not a mobile home in a park. I know it is a risk but as long as there is electricity and a working bathroom I can make it😄
Hi Lisa, yes, my late husband and I did. We lived in Pa and bought a house via the internet in Wy. We had a very positive experience and the only thing I can tell you is, make sure you have a good realtor. Tell them your situation, have your list of every question you have and make sure they get answered.
