This quaint little cottage is well built, but does not have a foundation. It is in a great location for access to downtown Lakeview, just two blocks away. It has one bedroom, one bath. living room & kitchen. The garage is a one car garage and offers extra storage space. Although it is not on a foundation, this cottage was built in the 1940’s from strong, heavy lumber from our local mill and is as solid today as it was when it was built. Needs some updating. It is now a rental with a long-term tenant, so will require 90 day notice to vacate; or an investor may decide to keep the current tenant.
