Cottage For Sale! Great rental history and rental property. In need of some TLC. Has two bedrooms and an extra room off back of house that could be used as a bedroom, office space, dining , etc…
Everything in NC is way overpriced. I can mold in these pictures, an dit looks like the kitchen is sling off to the right? It looks cute but it will need a lot of heavy duty cleaning, then a bit of fixing but if I had the money,, I would buy it and fix the things I noticed wrong. It looks like it would be a cozy, snug, little home.
