UPDATE: A local realtor told me they received many, many calls about this house because people did not read “house only,” so they withdrew it from the market. I was told it could probably still be purchased though if someone was interested in the stone.
This stone house needs to be moved. House only. No land. I don’t know the process of moving a stone house, but I would think it difficult, especially with a $50K price tag.

Land is so expensive here. If someone had property close by it might be worth it. That home would cost 695k anywhere here.
