Ahh, shucks! This Belva, West Virginia, fixer upper boasts 7.41 acres, but not the cemetery. Oh, well, it is right next door, so those of us who have the Find A Grave app can do some sleuthing.

OHU50K originally featured this home back in November, but it is still looking for a new owner.

I love the long and winding road up to the house and the broad front porch. The interior, however, has had poor “improvements,” including crummy paneling, ugly vinyl flooring and plastic molding. The rooms definitely need lightening up. Can’t beat 7.41 acres at $45K, though.

If you desire a home that has privacy with tranquil surroundings then this is the property that you have been trying to find. Deer, rabbits and other animals come into the yard area often.

To the left side of the fixer upper house is a large yard. In addition to the yard area there is an area which was once a garden spot in years past. Additional yard area is between the garage and the home on the right side and in front of the home as well.

Although the fixer upper is “legally” a two bedroom, however it could be made into a three bedroom if the need be.

Some recent improvements include but not limited to a new kitchen faucet and a new toilet in the bathroom. Windows are a mixture of aluminum sliders and double hung wood with storm windows. The property is serviced with a 100 Amp Breaker Box. In 2018 a new shingled roof was installed. This will definitely be an advantage for the new owner of the property. The Trane gas fired Heating system was installed in 2005.

Don’t miss the one vehicle detached garage. Located within the boundaries of this property is a cemetery which is NOT included with the transfer of this property.
