How does a really handy experienced couple get into doing this, fixing places like this up maybe in exchange for rent?? We just lost everything not for lack of trying, it’s a very long sad story but we both have talent and motivation we could rock this business, and make the most beautiful homes. He’s an experienced carpenter 2 decades of work under his belt and I have an eye for interiors. I wish I knew more about how this works I’d absolutely love fixing a home like this one. It’s got potential!!
