Hmm. It has been on the market for 1777 days, yet the price has been increased??  In 2013, cleanup and work was started on the exterior. The interior needs plenty of attention, but on the bright side, the project house is small and taxes and crime stats are low.  In fact, Area Vibes gives the town an A+.
