This Indiana fixer upper is in Economy, a small town of 173 people. Economy was platted in 1825. The town was named by the original landowner, Charles Osborn, who twanted to lay the town into lots in the most “economical” way of selling off his property. It is only a few blocks square with a post office, fire station, church and women’s clothing store.
