“Flooding is an issue” is right! According to the property listing, the FEMA estimated flood factor is 10 in 10. Holy moly; but I LOVE the house! Wonder if diligent sandbagging would do the job? Thought, anyone?

This house looks great! Most of the old houses listed here needs new walls or flooring (heavy remodeling), but this one looks nice!
