River Queen 40ft house boat in very good shape and very clean. This boat is ready to go. Currently docked on Cherokee lake in Morristown TN message for more info not responding to “is it still available” 90% do not respond when i do so i just consider it spam.

Left a few questions several days ago, no response. Please reach via my email with full listing (full size, square footage, motor info, appliances and furnishings going with the boat and details, condition of boat, motor, bathroom, etc. Need to know toilet type, if any dock fees prepaid, etc. Interested in this boat, am only abt 40min away and wood like to see. If purchase, wondering about moving it. Thanks
