Moving out of the area and need gone. This is 50’ of a good time. And right know is the perfect time to snatch it up. It does come with the slip on the lake. But it is in dry dock down the road from Lake Oroville. Where it is located you can access it at anytime. You can also do any up grades you would like. On site there is power and water so even though it’s not back on the lake yet you can still use it and make it perfect for your family/friends! We had a great time and loved the past couple years on it. But sadly we are moving out of the area and need gone. If it’s posted it’s still available. We are able to show on the weekend.
