Howdy! I just now came across the ad and have just a couple questions to start with. What fees have to be paid for the boat to remain where it is? Is there a proper place to keep my car? Any additional things you might think helpful. Mechanical cond. of the boat? Comfort year- round, warmth in winter, etc.? Additional pics of the lake and surroundings? Thanks.
