Nice Gibson 36 foot houseboat on Lake Guntersville. Interior remodeled this spring. Dual engines – 220 Crusaders. 1200 hours. Carburetors but upgraded electronic ignition. Engines crank and run excellent. Electric head, shower. AC/Heat, stove, oven, microwave work when attached to shore power. Mini-fridge runs off 12 volts. All windows and screens are intact and work fine. This boat is solid. It has spent most of its life covered in a marina. Front sitting area and rear dining table both convert into sleeping areas. There is also plenty of sleeping area under the main floor. Can be driven from main level or from up top under the Bimini. There are three deck levels for sitting in the sun. Original owner’s manual included.
New this year: upholstery on front bench, vinyl floor, painted interior, painted kitchen cabinets, sink faucet, sink drains, radio, one starter, both starter solenoids, holding tank, all batteries, 14 life jackets, 3 bumpers, life ring. Entire rear transom (wood and fiberglass) under both engines was professionally replaced in 2018. As well as both engines tuned up.
