Cheap-ish Circa 1905 Fixer Upper For Sale in Missouri Under $120K

Circa 1905 beautiful fixer upper looking for a great family! The plan for the three bedroom home came out of a mail order pattern book. Our featured home added a second bathroom and a porte cochere.

FIXER TO FABULOUS! That is exactly what this home could be! Some remodeling started – some newer double pane windows, & there are kitchen cabinets waiting to be installed. This Victorian home is just waiting to be brought back to its original glory. So much potential – the original front door opens up to a beautiful staircase, a built in seating area, and lots of original woodwork – including hardwood floors. Most of the construction material & tile will be conveyed with the property.

This is a house design from Jacob H Daverman & Son, a firm established in 1882  out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. As you see from the ad, this particular Colonial Revival style plan was built over 800 times for $1,200, including plumbing. In another ad, the company claimed it was the most popular plan in America.  You could buy the blueprints for just $10.
