Cheapish Circa 1903 Kansas Fixer Upper $100K
OHU50K Notes $100,000
They just don’t make them like this anymore. The original owner was a carpenter/contractor who took pride in building this home for his family. The five bedroom, two bath home is now a fixer upper, but the house is solid with great bones and features wonderful woodwork, built-ins, wrap-around porch and rear porch all on a corner lot.
