Recently, it was on the market for $99,ooo, didn’t sell, so now it is being auctioned off.

Bidding begins Monday, June 6, 2022 at 12:00 pm noon and ends June 15 at 12 noon. 

Once the grandest house in Sturgis, the mansion has gone through many incarnations over the decades.  It claims to be the oldest house in town, and once served as a hospital. The brick beauty also served as a Bed and Breakfast in the 1980s and ’90s and was featured in a 1995 issue of Michigan Living. In the 1920s and ’30s a speakeasy was housed in the basement.
