OHU50K NOTES $34,900 Off Market
When this circa 1861 brick farmhouse was built, I am sure it had much more property and was a thriving homestead for a hard-working family. While the exterior is attractive, set back from the road, and with a broad front porch, the interior is worse for wear. The low ceilings may be off-putting to many, as well as the extent of the project, both inside and out. Regardless, the old farmhouse deserves to be saved.

I’m not sure if the low ceilings are the off-putting factor here, but the neon pink and purple kitchen is an interesting décor point.

Colors are gross, aren’t they? Easily handled.
No basement or garage are a problem.
I can raise ceilings easily.

That kitchen is a definite no sale.
