Family History
This was the longtime home of the Wilson family from about 1915 to 1990s. Samuel Wilson (1877-1927) was a hatter in a dry cleaning company. He owned the home with his wife Mary (1882-1997), also known as Mamie. The couple raised their children here, Aileen, Louise, Woodrow and Eldred. Mary was a widow for 70 years and lived to be 105 years old.
