Circa 1890 Kansas Fixer Upper $30K
OHU50K Notes $30,000
Although the Kansas fixer upper is a bit of a mish-mash, it has a certain appeal. Hardwood floors and the clawfoot tub seems to be original, then we have later build built-ins, bathtub alcove, knotty pine and a kitchen that looks like an after thought. It appeared so much better in the 2014 Google Map street view.
