This house screams character! The home does have a new roof (approx 2018?) and some new plumbing! Yes, it does need a lot of work but the interior looks much better than the exterior! Seller will be removing most of the contents prior to closing. Several of the rooms just need a good cleaning and some paint but many of them already have exposed studs so updating electrical, installing sheetrock, etc., will be a bit easier! Does this property have any animal rights (2 horses, maybe some chickens)? I am looking for an older home on a big lot that has animal rights, in Kansas. The closer to Cherryvale, the better. Fixer upper ok.
