Family History
This was the home of Harry Pinsky (1878-1973). Born in Poland, Harry came to America with with wife Rina Lubetz Pinksy in 1895 and soon after had a daughter, Esther, and purchased this house. Despite the couple mainly speaking only Polish, Harry became a manager at a dairy company. They put their daughter through college, and she became a lawyer. After the death of her parents, Esther inherited the house and lived there until her death in 1992. The Pinskys owned the home for 90 years.
