This sweet circa 1900 cottage is truly a little gem. Natural woodwork, hardwood floors, pocket doors, imbricated shingles are a great start in restoring this diamond in the rough. Newspaper ads for the sale of the house indicate that the house was built  before 1906 and was originally described as “a modern cottage, nearly new, with polished floors, cistern and barn.”
