This needs a full new kitchen and bathrooms at the very least, just from eyeballing it and those are expensive. What has happened to the kitchen sink cabinet? Looks like something chewed its way out! The house is $50K. If you had $100K to throw into it it could probably be very nice. The location is lovely and it would be a good investment if the house has nothing structurally wrong with it.

It looks like cosmetics more than anything. But who knows. I would definitely be worth someone’s time to take a good look at that place.
