Located in the Finger Lakes region of New York, this handyman special is just a short walk to Seneca Lake. Geneva is a wonderful town! Our family often stopped in Geneva on our way to visit our son who was attending Rochester Institute of Technology. We’d get the best chocolate shakes ever at a concession at the lake, visit the antique shop across the street, and drive up and down the streets admiring all the beautiful old houses.
Affordable 2 bedroom home with new 200 amp electrical service installed. First and second floor bedrooms, former full bath on second floor can be re-utilized. Family room overlooks rear yard. Listing

Went to Boot Camp, there back in 1954, boy was it cold, and I’m from Ct.

I lived in Geneva NY in the late 1990’s. The snow…it has a half-life. It isn’t just cold, It is pernicious, wet, relentless, lake effects snow that never melts, but shrinks like it is made of a nuclear material and is only diminishing by a series of half-lives. Sure is pretty, though.
