Looks like something I am interested in, 2 things – near a lake and North Carolina. I don’t know a lot about North Carolina, and I am looking for something near Charlotte, North Carolina. Also, maybe I missed it but I did not see the square footage, number of bedrooms or bathrooms. Is this house located in a Rural Area. I am tired of too much city life, I would like to be close in order to visit, but not too close. If these questions can be answered and the house is still available or if you have others that are similar in North Carolina and close, but not in Charlotte, I would be very interested. Not afraid of fixer/uppers, have done it before with beautiful success.
