Setting
This renovated 1914 boxcar tiny home is located at the City Point train station in Belfast, ME. A quiet, rural setting that abounds with fireflies and wildflowers in the summer. It’s a perfect getaway retreat, located 3 miles from the ocean and near many hiking and biking trails.
City Point is at one end of the Belfast Rail Trail that goes along the old train tracks straight into town. The trail is lined with wild raspberries and blackberries all summer long. The train sits directly on the tracks, and could be moved with a crane and flatbed to another location if desired.
Boxcar
This cozy home has electricity and woodstove for heat. It is not insulated, so best used as three season housing. It is possible to insulate the entire car should you care to live here year round.
New doors and woodstove were installed last year, the end doors were made specifically for the train. The interior of the train was also recently painted. There is a chemical toilet and battery powered shower. An 80 gallon water tank is installed over the kitchen cabinets to be used for washing dishes. Kitchen has a small fridge, toaster oven and hotplate to cook on. There is spring water available locally.

If purchased can it stay on site, or does it have to be moved??

Sounds like it can stay on site, but like the post states, ask Amy to be sure.
