OHU50K NOTES $49,900 Sold For $51,500 on 5/12/22
Located on a corner lot, the exterior of this affordable home could use some color, but the interior is simply lovely for a house at this price point. The spacious kitchen has original cabinets, original wall tiles and a breakfast nook area. Built-ins, alcoves, arches, hardwood floors, tiled bath and attic space make this an enviable deal.

How about this basement toilet surrounded by glass block?! Did you know that basement toilets are not all that unusual in old homes located in cities? Because early city sewer systems sometimes had issues, toilets were built in cellars so if a backup occurred it would first affect the basement and not the main floors of the house.

Taxes are accessible through the link under the description. Realtor.com recently removed crime stats, but you can research them at spotcrime.org

Has nice feel to it. The block is cool. BTW, great idea about toilet in basement. Ground floor back ups suck! Wary eye is on the river.

I like this one a lot. The wood floors are lovely, and how great would that walk-up attic be for a home office? I’d do some painting inside and out, and some landscaping, but this is obviously a home that was well-loved. The funny thing is, if you look at the Google Map picture, the house was red there and it looked pretty cute that color.

I thought it looked better in red, too.
