Circa 1925 Iowa Handyman Special $59,900
OHU50K Notes $59,900
It is grimy, but the Iowa handyman special offers two bedrooms, two baths, a new roof, hardwood floors, corner lot, and public water and sewer. Love the kitchen sink!

Family History
McFarland
In the 1950s, John H. McFarland and family lived in this home. He was an assistant manager for Klein’s Department Store. He left Davenport to serve in his church in Ceeston, Iowa.
Williams
After the McFarlands moved away, the Ray Williams family moved in. How Josie Fay managed to wash her hair properly with no shower is beyond me. I speak from experience, but then again my hair was down to my waist.
