Mr. and Mrs. Polackek purchased this home in 1927 when the fixer upper Colonial Revival was a lovely, impressive home. The arched doorways, hardwood floors, fireplace with flanking bookcases, built-ins and tiled bathroom were the pride of the hard-working couple. I sure someone restores the original bathroom and the rest of the home as it was in the Polachek’s time.
Welcome to this fixer upper that features three bedrooms and one bathroom, large living area, dining room and kitchen with an additional bonus sun room. Upstairs you have three bedrooms with hardwood floors. This home is looking for the right investor, contractor or handy homeowner to breathe new life into this home. – Per Realtor
