Super neat, tidy and well-kept circa 1927 home! Arched doorways, subway tile and plenty of curb appeal! The original kitchen sink is even in the cellar, which is also clean as a whistle.
Charming ranch with great curb appeal in a quiet neighborhood. Large living room leads to dining and kitchen that has opening with countertop great for social gatherings! Nice kitchen cabinets and stainless appliances. Bathroom has subway tile backsplash. Lots of character throughout. Full basement with fresh paint and a nice canning room area with antique ceramic sink. Walk up attic could be a finished 3rd bedroom. The second owners of this home were Chesley Glover and his wife Rose. Chesley was a draftsman who in 1939 made a salary of $1,950/year. The couple lived in the home with their son Chesley Junior and Chesley Senior’s mother Ada.
