The aim of city officials is to attract new residents to combat dwindling population numbers. So what’s the catch?  You must purchase a home and become a resident of Presicce.  The house must be abandoned and have a build date pre-1991.  The $30,000 will be split so that a portion of it will toward purchasing the home and the other part may be used for renovations.
