Owner has lived in this home for many many years and she was not able to keep up the demands of maintenance in her older years. Home is being sold as is with no repairs by the seller. Absolutely none. Buyer is to utilize due diligence period and know what they are buying but seller will not change a thing or give concessions for repairs. Craftsman style home with so many cute designs of the late 1930s and early 1940s. Square footage believed to be accurate but not guaranteed, buyer to verify.

In the 1950s and 1960s, this was the Collins family home. Robert E. Collins (d.1959) was a real estate broker and in the oil and lumber business before he retired. His wife, Ada was 17 years younger. After the death of her husband, she continued to live in the home and began a catering business out of the home.
