Fixer Upper Nova Scotia Cottage on Acreage Under $50K Short Walk to Ocean and Lighthouse Park ~ Off Market
OHU50K NOTES
This old fixer upper farmhouse first attracted me because of its yellow exterior. I find yellow houses to exude friendliness and happiness, if you can attach human qualities to a house. The board and batten facade, staircase, hardwood floors, fireplace mantels and corner cupboard also have great appeal. (I call dibs on the 1950’s kitchen set).
The house needs significant work, but the property (3 to 10 acres is an awfully wide range) is just a short walk to the ocean and Port Medway Lighthouse Park.
