NEW – Black tank, fresh water tank, tires wheels, water pump, toilet, faucets, PEX water lines, water heater, subfloor (waterproof plywood), luxury vinyl flooring, floor insulation, and much more little things. Cons: AC needs serviced. Blew cold until end of last year. Few dings on outside, nothing to major. One turn signal bulb is out. Asking $16,500 for it. Would trade for right deal.
