This is a Grand house. Much of the original woodwork is still there and unpainted! Our thought was to make this into a beautiful duplex and two Airbnb’s. Since were moving out of the area, we thought we would like to leave this wonderful home into somebody else’s hands It has a new heat and air system, although it does still need the ducking ran. We paid to have all of the old asbestos removed, although I’ve noticed there’s still a touch there. It also has all new plumbing! It has two staircases to the second floor, a staircase to the attic, which could easily be converted into two bedrooms. It also has two staircases down to the basement, which, although is unfinished, is definitely adequate for storage as well as the new heat and air system. It does still need a lot of work. We’ve pulled up all the old carpet and it’s got beautiful hardwood floors that need to be sanded and refinished. I think this could be an absolute dream home or a good investment property. Has a very nice large lot. The square feet of this house has been “guesstimated”.
