Family History

For about 10 years from 1913 to 1923, this was the home of Florence  James Willett (1896-1957). Florence was born in Idaho and married Glenn Willett, owner of a barber shop, in 1914. It appears Florence took the Willett name before her marriage, and the couple was not living together per the 1920 US Census.  The couple had one daughter, Vera, and Florence did laundry to earn extra money. Glenn passed away in 1934, and she later married Ernest Merz in 1938.
