    This place actually looks worse now than the 2019 listing. New listing says rewired, some windows, metal roof… Maybe someone will accept those as justification for the price.

    Why in the world would an electrician run electrical in conduit? You get under the house and run everything under neath! Going to cost a lot to fix the electrical!

    Well, their house, they’re free to ask whatever price they want, and people are free to refuse to pay that for a disaster.

    Every one of these fixer-uppers has dropped ceilings and cheap paneling. Ugh. Who knows what it’s hiding the last 50 years since those band-aid solutions (ubiquitous ‘fixer-upper’ traits from the 70’s).
